Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with e-commerce best practices and Shopify guidelines, you may request a return within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and in perfect condition
  • Must include all original accessories, manuals, and components
  • Must be returned in its original packaging, properly protected

Products showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling may not be eligible for return.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After review, you may choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement

6. Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to defects or incorrect items: All return shipping costs will be covered by our store.
